Signed contracts for the renovation of internal areas in Ełk have been confirmed.

At the building at 9 Mickiewicza Street, the hardening of the area will be renovated. After demolishing the existing surface, the contractor will start works related to laying a new surface made of concrete blocks.

In turn, at 8 Jana Pawła II Street and 18A Piękna Street, the field stairs will be renovated. After removing and clearing the area of the existing structures, the renovation team will lay block steps and make the surface of the stairs landings from polbruk paving stones. The work will also include the repair of transverse cracks, which will be filled with plastic after cleaning and priming. The stairs at 8 Jana Pawła II Street have handrails, which will be cleaned and painted with chlorinated rubber paint. The contractor will also clean the clinker brick from graffiti.

The value of these three tasks is PLN 289,540.60 and will be covered by the Office's own funds. The contractors plan to complete all works within 120 days of signing the contracts, i.e. by November 28, 2024.
