Heat 5, 10, 15 will take place on September 1, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. in Ełk. Start and the finish line were set at the Ecological Education Center in Ełk. Length The route is 5, 10 and 15 km.

The route forms a closed loop and runs along the promenade by the Ełckie Lake, ul. Zamkowa (asphalt – 20%, paving stones – 80%). The loop is 5 kilometers long. Players 5 km runners complete the loop 1 time, 10 km runners complete the loop loop 2 times, and competitors running 15 km complete the loop 3 times.

The route will have all kilometers marked: from 1 to 15. On the road There will be nutrition points.

RACE OFFICE

On September 1, 2024, the Office of the 5-10-15 Run Competition will be located in Environmental Education Center, 12 Parkowa Street – near the Beach Municipal Police in Ełk.

11:00 – opening ceremony

11:00 – start of the run at all distances

12:45 – closing ceremony (award ceremony)
