In Ełk, charging stations with a capacity of 180 kW (4 locations), 80 kW (2 locations), 60 kW (1 location) and 45kW (3 locations) locations). In October, the tender for the lease of land for the construction of the publicly available charging stations for electric vehicles. Now they are signed contracts with the winners of tenders.

Today, contracts were signed with BUDIMEX MOBILITY S.A. Company will be responsible for the construction of 6 vehicle charging stations in the city. The Ełk City Hall was represented by Mieczysław Hołubowicz – Deputy Mayor of the City and Marta Herbsz - Head of the Planning Department Spatial and Real Estate Management.

According to the provisions of the agreement, the company has a maximum of two years to construction of the station. As its representatives declare, it is planned to the fastest start of work and commissioning of the station.

Earlier, the Ełk City Hall signed an agreement with KPE Horyzont EV Sp. z o.o. for the implementation of 3 vehicle charging stations. ChargeIn CPO Sp. z o.o. will take care of the construction of one station in the city.

1.       Tadeusza Kościuszki Street – parking lot on pl. Cathedral

2.       Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego – car park at the city stadium,

3.       mjr. Jana Piwnika "Ponurego" Street – parking lot opposite Primary School No. 9,

4.       Tadeusza Kościuszki Street – parking lot at the back of the cinema "Cinema Planet",

5.       11 Listopada Street – parking at the intersection 11 Listopada and Juliana Tuwima Streets,

6.       Parkowa Street – parking lot at the skatepark,

7.       Targowa Street – parking lot at Jana Pawła II Square,

8.       Targowa Street – parking lot at the marketplace,

9.       Grajewska Street – parking at the intersection of Grajewska and John Paul II,

10.   Jana Kilińskiego Street – parking near the station of "Orlen" fuels.
