A bath in ice water? A bath in ice water? For some it's crazy, for others it's a way to feel better. Ice swimming is gaining popularity, attracting both experienced lovers and novices. It hardens the body, improves circulation and reduces stress. Fans of winter bathing in icy water are invited this Sunday (16 February) to the "old" city beach at Parkowa Street. The bath for the brave will start at noon, a moment later the IV Masurian Winter Rope Tug-of-War Competition "Winter Rope Ełk" will start.

Limit of participants: 250 people. Applications are accepted until places are filled.

Registration of participants on the day of the event: from 10:00 to 11:40, at the Bath secretariat in the reception building at the MOSiR Camping. Participants of the Bath shall bear the entry fee: until 12 February - 10 PLN; after this date - 20 PLN

Each participant will receive a commemorative pin and warm soup.

IV Masurian Winter Tug-of-War Competition "Winter Rope Ełk".

Team limit: 8 teams
Teams: 6 people, including at least 1 woman
Additional information: swimwear for women and swimming trunks for men, acceptable headgear, gloves.
Applications: are accepted until Friday (14 February) at 12.00.

At 1.00 p.m., the pairs will be drawn. The competition will be played in a knockout system.
