On the basis of the resolution of the regional assembly The Board of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship awarded 68 scholarships to the players and 33 cash prizes. Among the awarded were Graduates of Ełk clubs:

1. Zuzanna Gołębiewska - Club Sportowy Thor Szkoła Walki Ełk - 1. place in K-1 at the World Championships Children, Cadets and Juniors (kickboxing),
2. Olaf Płatek - Shamo Judo Club Ełk - 2nd place over 100 kg (sumo), 3rd place team (sumo) at the Championships World of Juniors,
3. Bernard Mik - 2nd place in the 77 kg (sumo) category on European Youth Championships,
4. Natalia Kuczewska - European Championships 5th place - 50 kg category (boxing).

The award was also given to Mr. Tadeusz Biryle. His protégé - Natalia Kuczewska won the 5th place at the II World Qualifying Tournament for the Olympic Games, 5th place at the European Senior Championships up to 50 kg; 2. a place at the European Youth Championships; 1st place at the Championships Polish Senior Women; 1st place at the International Boxing Tournament "Golden Gong".
