The Centre for Environmental Education has created an interactive a model of the Ełk Lake District. It is a multimedia, modern tool that presents nature, geology and cultural heritage in an attractive way Region.

The model combines learning and fun – it allows both children and adults to get to know the Ełk Lake District. It reproduces in great detail the system of lakes, rivers, forests and protected areas of the Ełk Lake District. Shows also the most important tourist attractions and monuments as well as bicycle routes, hiking and canoeing. It also includes interactive elements - illuminated zones, thematic buttons or sound panels.

The mock-up can be seen at the headquarters of the Education Center Ecological Street at 12 Parkowa Street on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The mock-up was created as part of the Interreg VI-A Lithuania project - Poland LTPL00356 "Wildlife Undercover".
