November is the month of men's health – that's why we invite you to take part in a competition in which men and their everyday life are in the center of attention!

The competition task is simple:

Take a photo that shows your male world – at work, with your family, during hobbies, sports, or simply in everyday life. You can also submit a photo of your dad, partner, brother, colleague, or someone who inspires you (with that person's permission). Send the photo to: 600@um.elk.pl, include your name, surname and phone number in the content.

Prizes:

The total value of the prizes is approx. PLN 3,500.

Prizes will be awarded to the ten people with the most reactions in the online voting.

Stages of the competition:

1. Uploading photos - November 10-19 (until midnight)
2. Online voting - 20-24 November (until 12:00)
3. Presentation of results - until November
