The call for applications for the artistic scholarship is underway for 2026. The scholarship is awarded to persons particularly talented, representing a high artistic level, as well as recognition of the achievements, but also as a form of support for further Development. Applications can be submitted until 1 December 2025.

Scholarships are awarded in the following areas:

• Art Plastic
• theatre and stage art,
• music and dance,
• song
• literature
• film
• photography
• organization cultural events in the city of Ełk.

The scholarship can be awarded to a person who works in the area of culture in the city of Ełk, as well as has taken up or continues education artistic studies, or otherwise perfects the artistic.

The creative and artistic achievements that are covers the last three years of operation. Applications can be submitted until 1 December 2025 in the Ełk Town Hall.

Important information for scholarship candidates:

• Exists the obligation to submit a recommendation issued to the applicant by a person with significant achievements in the field of culture and art,
• pattern application for a scholarship requires, m.in, a detailed description of the program scholarship (min. 1500 characters), which will make it possible to verify the legitimacy of the financial support for people involved in artistic creation, and dissemination of culture and art.
