The local government of the City of Ełk cooperates with non-governmental organizations, m.in. commissioning them to carry out its statutory tasks. Today (23 December) the following agreements were signed at the Ełk City Hall:

Task financed by the Solidarity Fund granted under the Ministerial Programme of the Minister of Family, Labour and Policy Social "Personal Assistant of a Person with Disability" for Local Government Units - 2026 edition and from the funds of the City Municipality Ełk.

In total, the amount of co-financing granted for all tasks is PLN 3,424,674.
