As part of the investment, the square at ul. Żeromskiego with an area of almost 10,000 m2.

The scope of work includes:

• construction of a pedestrian route from a paved mineral surface construction
• of a pedestrian passage made of phaseless paving stones – connection between the existing pavements,
• leveling and hardening the surface of the existing pavement along the block,
• extension of lighting,
• monitoring,
• extension of the playground with a safe surface and climbing element with a slide,
• construction of a willow gazebo with a metal structure,
construction
• of wooden semi-open pergolas,
• installation of elements of small architecture: park benches, benches with the possibility of rocking, benches for nursing mothers, garbage bins, dog feces bins, bicycle racks, hammocks, composite seats, chess sets,
• new greenery plantings.

The revitalization of the square at Żeromskiego Street is taking place in project "Improving the functionality of two squares in the area of revitalization in Ełk" from the European Funds for Warmia and Mazury for the years 2021-2027.
