Report on public consultations on the draft resolution of the Ełk City Council on the list of bathing areas and determination of the bathing season in the City of Ełk in 2025

1. Legal basis
The public consultations were conducted on the basis of Article 37(10) of the Act of 20 July 2017. Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, items 1087, 1089, 1473) and § 2 (5) of Resolution No. XXI.203.2020 of the Ełk City Council of August 26, 2020 on public consultations with the residents of Ełk (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). 2. Objective of the consultation
The purpose of the consultations was to collect comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested persons, organizations, entities to the draft resolution on the list of bathing sites and the determination of the bathing season.
3. Description of the consultation process
The consultation took place from 20 January 2025 to 10 February 2025. The draft resolution on the list of bathing sites and the determination of the bathing season in the City of Ełk in 2025 was published on the day of the commencement of public consultations in the Public Information Bulletin of the Ełk City Hall in the Strategies, reports, studies tab.
Forms of conducting public consultations:
1) indirect:
a) submitting the opinion by traditional mail or in person using a completed and signed consultation form with a data processing clause, during the consultation, to the address of the Ełk City Hall, Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk,
b) submitting the opinion by e-mail, during the consultation, by sending a scan of the completed and signed consultation form together with the data processing clause to the following e-mail address: psk@um.elk.pl;
2) direct: providing opinions directly during consultation duties of the Department of Promotion, Sport and Culture, Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4, room 373 - Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
4. Results of the consultation
No opinions or comments were submitted to the draft resolution on the list of bathing areas and the determination of the bathing season in the City of Ełk in 2025.
5. The department responsible for conducting public consultations
The Department of Promotion, Sport and Culture of the Ełk City Hall was responsible for conducting public consultations.
