NOTIFICATION CARD THE BEST CAKE WITH HONEY

THE RULES OF THE CAKE WITH HONEY

1. Culinary competition on the best cake with honey (referred to in the further part of this Competition) prepared by the Organizer: Town Hall in Elk and Ełckie cultural center
2. The contest will take place on September 15, 2018 year during regional events the feast of Honey on the same day there will be contest.
3. Job competition is delivered to the event Regional Feast of honey, on September 15, 2018. 11, baking homemade meeting form of dessert (e.g. cake, cake), which production has been used honey. The dishes must be accompanied by a coupon cut off the card application.
4. Subject to paragraph 5 below, the participant of the contest can be any natural person with full legal capacity. A person without full legal capacity can take part in the competition subject to the approval of the legal representative.
5. In the competition are not eligible employees and representatives of the Organizer, employees of companies cooperating in the Organization and carrying out of the competition, or family members of employees.
6. A condition of participation in the contest is filing no later than
   until September 14, 2018.

The notification can be made by delivery to the Ełckie Cultural Center (to the secretariat completed Application Card to download on the website www.eck.elk.pl or in Ełk County Cultural Centre, ul. Polish Army 47, 19-300 Ełk).  The message should include the applicant to participate in the competition and the name of the baking. Cut off from the form coupon must be presented on the day of the delivery of food to the contest.

1. By entering the contest, the participant accepts the rules as a whole
   and agree to comply with certain policies, as well as confirms that satisfies all the conditions, which entitled him to a share of
   in the competition.
2. Participation in the contest, as well as the rights and obligations associated with it, including the right to demand the prize cannot be transferred to any other person
   and entities.
3. By providing a Notification Card to the ECK the contest participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes and the organizer of the contest in accordance with the law of 10 may 2018, for the protection of the dan s (OJ from 2018, poz. 1000.). personal data will only be used by the organiser or other authorized by the organizer of the entities involved in the preparation and conduct of the contest on behalf of the Organizer, and processing personal data on behalf of the Organizer and the competition. The contest participant shall have the right to access to their personal data and correct them. The participant agrees to the publication of your personal data (in the case of victory) and in all cases the reported shooting.
4. An independent jury will select one winner and the person highlighted. The result of the jury is final.
5. Each participant has the right to request to participate in the contest of one kind of food.
6. Announcement of results will take place on the day of the contest.
7. During the finals on September 15, 2018. the assessment of food will the jury. The jury will allocate points as described under point 15
8. The competition is free.
9. Evaluation criteria:

Aesthetics: keep the aspect ratio, color, impression General 0-10 p.

A taste of the 0-10 p.

The use of honey – 0-10 p.

1. After the outcome of the contest will take place tasting all dishes.
2. The organizer reserves the right to appeal the competition without giving reasons.
