28 March 2019, signed the first agreement of incubation in "Startup Heroes-a launch pad for new ideas". The agreement has been selected for incubation and the project cycle, which lasts from April 1 to September 30, 2019.

In a project involving the start-up of the industry:

·         ICT

·         Ekoenergetyka

·         Food production

The premise of the project is to create conditions for the development of start-ups and skomercjalizowanie their ideas.

Incubation of this intensive work on the development of the company. During the incubation, startups will use specialized infrastructure, conduct research, interact with experts and verify market assumptions the venture.

Expert services will be launched and tailored to the specifics of a startup and the industry. There will be, among others, services, rights, patent protection and marketing.

Every startup is going to have his Manager, to supervise the proper conduct of incubation.

Positive completion of the incubation process in ełk County, will each PNT start-ups applying after the financial resources in the amount of $800 000 to develop business activity under the measure 1.1.2. The development of startups in Eastern Poland in Poland Operating region.
