Runmageddonu training will be held April 6 at 8:00 pm. 13:00 on the Beach, at the Park Street in Elk. It will be an excellent opportunity m.in. to test your physical capabilities. Training cost: 10 gold.

Participants under the guidance of coach Thomas Kaliniaka from CrossBox Mrągowo test your skills for overcoming such obstacles as: "Fireman", "Rig" and "Slash". Get to know also endurance exercise to help prepare for take-off in Runmageddonie.

At the end of the workout will be challenge, during which the best female and male win a voucher with a value of £ 100 for the start in any any formula may Runmaggedonu (1-3 may 2019.)

During the event you will be able to start in 3 formulas:

·         Intro (3 km and 15 obstacles),

·         Rookie (6 km and 30 obstacles)

·         Hardcore (21 km and 70 obstacles).
