Goal The program is to support children up to 16 years of age with a disability certificate and adults persons with disabilities who have a certificate of severe or moderate importance the degree of disability.

Services provided by assistants personal will allow to reduce the effects of disability and enable activity way of the disabled. They will also contribute to counteracting  discrimination based on disability and social exclusion of persons disabled.

The programme is funded under Solidarity Fund and will be implemented until the end of 2022. On his implementation of the Municipal Aid Centre Social in Ełk obtained funding  in the amount of PLN 954,720.

The implementation of the Programme shall be coordinated by the MOPS. Assistant services are carried out in cooperation
with an NGO.
