Assigning PESEL numbers to citizens of Ukraine

From Wednesday 16 March in the main of the ełk City Hall building, a point will be organized where they will be accepted applications for assigning a PESEL number to citizens of Ukraine who have crossed the border Polish-Ukrainian after 24 February. In order to register, you must have a document confirming identity

The application centre will be located at the Guard's duty station Municipal, room 102 on the ground floor of the main building of the Ełk City Hall. Service of interested parties will take place during the Office's working hours, i.e.:

  • Mondays from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays-Fridays from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Note, a citizen of Ukraine submitting an application for a PESEL number must have with you any document on the basis of which it will be possible confirmation of identity, including children (m.in passport, ID card, driver's license, birth certificates, children's school IDs, etc.).
