The people of Ełk celebrated on May 3

The inhabitants of Ełk participated in large numbers in the city's celebrations of the Feast Constitution of 3 May. Yesterday at 11.00 a.m. official ceremonies were held under monument "Fallen for Free and Independent Poland" in the Solidarity Park with participation of the Municipal Wind Orchestra and the Honorary Company of the Training Center Ground Forces Training Ground in Bemowo Piski.
At 12.15 p.m. a Holy Mass was held in the Cathedral of St. Petersburg. Wojciech in Ełk in the intention of the Homeland. In the afternoon, Elchans and guests could take participation in the Family Picnic, which took place in the Music Park at Ełk Street Cultural Center.
