In Ełk, on Saturday (13 August) there will be concerts of two bands that will perform in the Amphitheatre of the Ełk Cultural Center as part of Ełk Blues Night. Beginning at 20.00. Admission.

GOOSE BLUES BAND SKIN

The band was founded in January 2014 by two Musicians from Białystok: Janusz Nowowsiak (harmonica) and Marek Gąsiorowski (guitar).

At the end of 2015, the current vocalist joined the band Katarzyna Pisula, and in the summer of 2016 the band was joined by guitarist Dariusz Chociej known, among others, for his cooperation with Martyna Jakubowicz, daab group and Andrzej Crooked. In January 2017, the bassist of the band was Jarosław Jefimiuk, who had previously he played for Via Mistica and Dacord.

The repertoire is based on the blues tradition, but played in largely with a rock claw. The band plays the greatest blues hits in own author's interpretation. He also has some songs of his own.

BLUES JUNKERS

The band has existed since December 2014. Team members combines a strong addiction to music, and in particular to rhytm'n'blues, old blues, swing, boogie-woogie, rock'n'roll and soul. Blues Junkers invent old compositions of such masters as Jimmy Reed, Etta James, Snooks Eaglin, Billy Boy Arnold, Canned Heat, Little Walter, Katie Webster, Slim Harpo, Cecil Gant, Amos Milburn and many others, as well as create original songs stylistics referring to old recordings of blues masters.
