Acting on the basis of Article 10(1) of the Act of on 16 December 2010 on public public transport (Journal of Laws of 2022. item 1343) and Resolution No. XXI. 203.2020 of the Ełk City Council of 26 August 2020 in on public consultations with the inhabitants of the city of Ełk.

informs about

1. Accession by the Municipality of the City of Ełk to the development of the project "Plan for sustainable development of public transport for the City of Ełk and the Ełk Commune for the years 2022 – 2035" hereinafter referred to as the Transport Plan.

2. Opportunities to get acquainted with the draft Plan transport, which is laid out for inspection:

1) in printed form in the Department of Municipal Property Ełk City Hall, 19-300 Ełk, Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4, room 244,

2) on the website of the Information Bulletin Public address: http://bip.elk.warmia.mazury.pl in the "Strategies, reports, studies" – sub-tab "Plan" sustainable development of public transport for the City of Ełk and Ełk Commune for the years 2022 – 2035".

Comments, conclusions, opinions and recommendations to the draft Transport Plan may be submitted during the duration of the public consultation from 21 September 2022 to 12 October 2022

The consultation concerns the city of Ełk and all residents of Ełk and institutions can take part in them public, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs and other entities from the city Elk.

The public consultation will be carried out in directly and indirectly through:

1) filling consultation form, constituting Annex No. 2 to The Order No. 1190.2022 of the President of the City of Ełk of 13 September 2022 on the launch of a public consultation, signature and transfer in the form of:

a) electronically, electronically in the version non-editable (file saved in .pdf or .jpg format) to the following e-mail address: um@um.elk.pl with the note "Public consultation on the Transport Plan" in the duration of the consultation,

b) paper, by traditional mail to the following address: City Hall Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk (date of receipt applies), with the note "Public consultation on the Transport Plan", during the duration Consultation

c) paper, in person at the Ełk City Hall, ul. Marshal Józef Piłsudski 4, 19-300 Ełk to the General Chancellery - room no. 02 or room no. 244, on the days and hours of operation of the Ełk City Hall, during the duration of the consultation;

2) transfer comments during the consultation duty at the Municipal Property Department of the City Hall Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk - room no. 244, on days and working hours of the Ełk City Hall, during the consultation.

Consultation form attached to 2 to Decree No. 1190.2022 of the President City of Ełk of 13 September 2022 on the announcement of consultations social is available together with the presented draft Plan Transport.

Comments, conclusions, opinions and recommendations with a date impacts after 12 October 2022 will not be considered.

Competent authority to consider comments, conclusions, opinions and recommendations are made by the Mayor of the City of Ełk.
