We encourage you to complete a short, anonymous survey customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Ełk City Hall. Collected opinions and comments will serve to improve the work of individual departments and offices Office. Surveys can be completed until October 27, 2022.

The survey submits 5 questions about the m.in assessment of how to settle the matter in terms of, for example, timeliness, service time or availability of necessary information. You can also indicate what needs to be improved in order for the office to function more efficiently. It takes about 1 minute to fill out the form.
