Renovation on Zamkowa Street

Completion is planned by the end of the year renovation of Zamkowa Street on a 136-meter section from the intersection with Juranda Street to the city border. The cost of the investment is over PLN 390,000.

Was handed over the construction site to the contractor for the reconstruction of Zamkowa Street at 136 meters section from the intersection with Juranda Street to the city border.

The works are carried out in the system design-build. This means that the contractor first prepared the redevelopment project, and the developed documentation was accepted by National Association of Designers and Engineers.

Scope the work includes, m.in.: elaboration design documentation, execution project of temporary change of traffic organization, extension asphalt road from 5 m to 6 m, fortification roadsides, cleaning drainage ditches, profiling slopes and construction sidewalk at the public transport stop.

The planned deadline for the completion of the works is 120 days from signing the contract, i.e. by the end of 2022.

Cost works in accordance with the contract is PLN 394,313.18
