Scope The agreement includes m.in the construction of a bicycle path with a bituminous surface in red, construction/reconstruction/renovation of pedestrian routes with a surface with Cobblestones:

- along Suwalska Street with a length of 610 m from the pedestrian and bicycle crossing at the Ełczanka restaurant to the Jerzy Cichowicz roundabout.

Conclusion The works will take place until: 11 August 2023

On investment the city obtained over 84% of funding from the European Union and state budget.

Implementation the project will contribute to increasing access to public services, because the route of bus line No. 2 as well as bicycle paths along it, lead to: School Complex No. 1, Ełk City Hall, Poviat Starosty in Ełk, city stadium, Water Park and many other facilities utilities.
