Goal renovation is the restoration of technical and aesthetic values of the façade, consistent with historical assumptions.

During the renovation of the facility renovation of architectural details, cornices and window frames, as well as renovation of glazing above the gate. The work also includes: m.in. supplementing plasters, joints, puttying, plastering renovation, renovation of the balcony and passage in the gate, replacement of treatments tinsmithing.

The work will be carried out on the basis of Conservation research and façade conservation work programme Townhouse.
