Scholarships can be received by students of Ełk primary schools (from class V) and High School General education in the Sports School Complex in Ełk, who meet jointly the following criteria:

• are active and involved in social activities for the benefit of the local, school and peer environment;
• achieve very good results in education (average for the last school year – not less than 4.5 and at least good grade in behavior).

With An application for a scholarship for a pupil may be submitted by:

• manager schools, parents' council,
• parents
• foundations, associations, organisations and other entities supporting or implementing educational activities for the benefit of pupils.

Conclusions should be submit to the general office of the City of Ełk by September 15, 2023. (Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4, room 02).
