In as part of the IV Ełk Film Festival "Kinoterapia" Ełk The Cultural Centre organizes a short film competition. Cinematherapy is a form of therapy that uses movies and art film to improve mental and emotional health.

Conditions Participation:

• Subject: Freeform films emphasizing therapeutic properties Cinema.
• Length Video: Videos should be up to 20 minutes long.
• Age: People between 12 and 19 years of age.
• Notification: The film at the application stage should be sent via the Form Application in the form of an overview link to the VIMEO service (together with with a password) or YouTube (unlisted link) or Google Drive.

Goal The competition is to promote and appreciate creative productions films, emphasizing the therapeutic properties of cinema.

Videos can be reported to October 13, 2023. Projections that will be qualified will be presented to the public free of charge 27 October. There will also be a vote on that day for the People's Choice Award.

Awarded Videos will be presented during the final gala of the Festival "Kinoterapia" in Ełk on October 29 2023
