Survey of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the Ełk City Hall

We encourage you to fill out a short, anonymous customer satisfaction survey with the services provided by the Ełk City Hall. The collected opinions and comments will be used to improve the work of individual departments and offices of the office. Surveys can be completed until November 28, 2025.
The questionnaire consists of 5 questions concerning, m.in, the assessment of the way the case was handled in terms of, for example, timeliness, service time or availability of necessary information. It is also possible to indicate what needs to be improved to make the office function more efficiently. It takes about 1 minute to fill out the form.
